Dublin born Edwina’s beautifully written songs, charming stage presence and voice of an angel have won her a reputation as a true natural talent of gentle folk-Americana. She has opened numerous shows for Jools Holland and Van Morrison as well as her own gigs playing stages everywhere from Glastonbury Festival to The Royal Albert Hall. Edwina numbers Michael Parkinson and Mike Harding among her fans and the title track of her album Pour Me A Drink was covered by Nanci Griffith who calls her 'the sweetest voice in England'.
Crail Community Council are currently undertaking a review of the play facilities available in Crail both at the park in Roome Bay, and at the playpark outside Crail Primary School. We would be very grateful if you could take the time to answer the questions in our online survey as fully as possible to give us a better understanding of the needs and requirements of children and young people who live in and visit Crail.

Crail in Bloom will be making a start on the new Community Orchard in the field across from Denburn on Tuesday 7th July. We are starting with 6 apple trees which have been sourced from a specialist Orchard. Volunteers are sought for the project and if you are interested in helping plant the trees and erecting the stock fences to keep the sheep off them, please meet at the field gate at 10.00a.m. It would be a big help to know how many volunteers can come so if you can help, please call Kate on 451820. Not all the jobs will be hard physical jobs so please come along and enjoy the planting.
